Teacher Training Course 1 (100 hours)
The training programs are conducted to produce yoga therapists. Yoga teachers are trained to address various diseases through therapeutic yoga.

- Classes only on Sundays (Few Saturdays)

About The Program
This is a comprehensive yoga therapy course that includes theory, practicals, assignments, an interim viva, a final viva, and written tests.
Apart from theory and practical aspects of every disease, we also including diet guidance, lifestyle changes etc, to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge to tackle these health conditions effectively.
- Depending on availability, we arrange special sessions with doctors for specific subjects.
- Experienced teachers, specially trained by our Swamijis, lead all the classes, ensuring top-notch instruction.
- Yoga Nidra and meditation are integral components of each Teacher Training Course we offer.
- Participants will be required to work on a live project related to Hypertension, and we offer complete guidance throughout the process.
- To accommodate busy individuals, classes and exams are scheduled exclusively on weekends, lasting 4 to 5 hours every Sunday (16 weekends), with some classes occurring on Saturdays.
- Upon successfully passing all exams, participants will receive the Final Course Certificate.
- For further studies, we provide video recordings of classes for a limited time.
- After completing the course, participants become alumni of Shiv Darshan Yoga Vidyalaya, gaining access to lifelong guidance and support from our ashram by participating in various volunteer activities.
